Team coaching works according to the same principles and values as individual coaching.
It is first and foremost a matter of supporting a team over several months with the ultimate aim of:
- helping team members optimise processes and methods for working as a team in order to share information, decisions and action,
- developing maturity by speeding up development,
- improving team performance over time, measuring progress and results obtained.
In this sense, team coaching differs greatly from team building and development.
