| I am a coach, managerial coach, team coach, coach supervisor, consultant and instructor. I hold the Certificate of Advanced Higher Education CESA 1 and CESA 2 from HEC School of Management. I have an engineering background, having graduated from Telecom Bretagne (the French Higher Institute of Telecommunications, Brittany) with a Masters in Corporate Strategy and Organisation from HEC. I have 14 years’ experience in corporate management, telecom marketing, in which I have held down positions steering complex projects involving several departments, and managerial positions, some of which in multicultural settings. For example, I was in charge of launching the iPhone on the French market. I now work as a coach and to this end have founded Oxygen Coaching. I support executives, helping to boost performance, independence and leadership. I also work on successful processes and issues in connection with professional suffering, such as conflict management, stress, burnout and crisis coaching. I also support teams, and am interested in group interactions in management teams, especially to improve performance, independence and decision-making processes. I have an international background, with a Latin-American mother and French father who worked as a diplomat. I speak French, of course, fluent English (I've always studied and worked in English) and perfect Spanish. I have spent over 15 years of my life abroad including several years in Latin America and in the Far East. I have also visited many other countries including in the Arab world (Iraq, Saudi Arabia), Africa (Gabon, Cameroon) and Latin America (Uruguay, Argentina, Colombia and Cuba). I have also worked abroad. My background, culture and values have helped me forge a broad outlook on people, cultures, differences and resemblances. I am now a specialist in intercultural processes and interactive dynamics. I coach in French, English and in Spanish. In my practice, I use a holistic approach and Gestalt, combined with a humanist approach to coaching. I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Association Européenne de Coaching (AEC), and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
